About Katie
Katie Goosen is a seasoned voice coach with over 10 years of experience helping singers of all levels find their voice. She has a background in music education and a deep passion for teaching. Before teaching, Katie was a Musical Theatre Performer working on numerous International Tours, Cruise Ships and Regional and NYC stages. Katie specializes in personalized voice training and has helped many aspiring singers prepare for auditions, performances, and beyond. Her supportive, encouraging and fun teaching style makes her studio in East Brunswick, New Jersey, a welcoming place for anyone eager to grow as a vocalist.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Single Lesson (1x/week or bi-weekly): Ideal for singers who want a flexible schedule but still desire regular training.

Lessons Package (10-lesson bundle): Recommended for those committed to consistent improvement. This package offers a discount for booking in advance. Lesson packages can be renewed after each ten lesson cycle.

Audition Coachings: Need to prepare for an audition? Katie offers focused sessions to help you deliver your best performance.

Video Audition Submissions & College Admissions Coaching: Perfect for singers preparing for college admission or virtual auditions.

**Please note, learning to sing is a commitment that requires dedication and consistency. It is a craft that is similar to that of an athlete. The muscles must be in a constant state of training to improve. For those that are committed to mastering the art of singing, it is recommended that lessons are held at a weekly cadence. The easiest way to do this is to book a ten lesson packages, which can be renewed after each 10 lesson cycle.

Payments Accepted: Cash (discount offered), Zelle, or Venmo.
Payment is due at the time of booking or at the first lesson if paying with cash.

Cancellations: Lessons must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.

Lesson Length: All lessons are 45 minutes long and will end promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time.
